These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phhalik ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses or uses the phhalik website, mobile interface, games, betting services, or any related features.

By creating an account on phhalik, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of phhalik following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phhalik Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the phhalik platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online casino gaming and sports betting.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of phhalik or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the phhalik platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.

phhalik strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. We employ age verification measures at registration and reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an underage individual will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the phhalik platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide the following accurate and current information:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access.
• A valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are at least 21 years of age.
• A secure password of your own choosing that meets phhalik's minimum security requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhalik login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. phhalik will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

phhalik reserves the right to require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain platform features. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

phhalik supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the phhalik cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• phhalik reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to originate from fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Funds deposited into your phhalik account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational purposes.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered phhalik account.
• phhalik targets a processing time of approximately five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• phhalik reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to periodic revision.

phhalik offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered phhalik accounts only. phhalik reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your phhalik account. Real money is wagered first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• phhalik reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting or abusing a promotional offer, or if the player has violated these Terms in any way.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• phhalik reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who have made a withdrawal request pending at the time a bonus is credited may have the bonus forfeited. It is the player's responsibility to review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

All games available on the phhalik platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all phhalik products:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world game events and are subject to the specific rules of each game variant.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting events as verified by phhalik's official data providers. phhalik's decision on any disputed outcome is final and binding.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during a game, phhalik will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where a game round cannot be completed, the relevant bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• phhalik reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical error in the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhalik platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund a phhalik account.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the phhalik platform without express written permission.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phhalik platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phhalik staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

phhalik is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and should never negatively impact a player's financial wellbeing, mental health, or personal relationships.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phhalik account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phhalik platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

All content on the phhalik platform — including but not limited to the phhalik brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phhalik or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phhalik platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phhalik content without express written consent.
• Use any phhalik trademark, logo, or branding material in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any phhalik platform content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phhalik platform.

Any unauthorized use of phhalik's intellectual property may result in legal action. phhalik reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phhalik shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the phhalik platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the phhalik platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the phhalik platform or any of its services.
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, game developer, or data supplier.

phhalik's total aggregate liability to any user, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phhalik's liability for death or personal injury arising from gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

phhalik collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phhalik platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phhalik complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. phhalik implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

phhalik may share your personal data with third-party service providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. phhalik will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

phhalik reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, phhalik will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account.

Your continued use of the phhalik platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting phhalik support.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shall prevail in all instances. phhalik recommends that users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phhalik reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
